A knight and a JesterA shallow pounce and my feet fall on muted ground  The silence brings a lessened tension but no contentment  Fear strikes from the ground up stopping my heart a single beet  I pray to see a sign of movement on any pace among the dark  Yet still I place a wall of preparation in my mind  A shield from, the ever possible probability that in reality  I walk upon the silent graves of a thousand slain friends  And that alone I stand little matched against a foe  Then a gentle spray showers from above  I see creatures clothed in shadow whither away with contempt  I dare not gaze above in fear for my A knight and a Jester

i loved it too, it was too short, but i get why, see they way i saw it, the story was about how the kids were torn between worlds, so even though THEY have a story that continues on, its not THE story, the story everworld was about how fractured they were and how they ultimatly had to choose between worlds, thinkin of it that way made the pain go away......a little......
there was anouther sci-fi series she made i wanted to read too, i cant remeber what its called, i think theres an add in my old animorphs books....
